Richard is currently the founder and President of Lindsey Consulting, LLC and co-founder of Nito Solutions, LLC. Lindsey Consulting provides a wide range of safety-related services such as implementing general industry OSHA programs, OSHA audit and citation assistance, OSHA Voluntary Protection Program assessments, implementation, application and annual evaluations, office and industrial ergonomic assessments and solutions, job hazard analyses, back injury prevention programs, safety training, and behavioral-based safety processes.  

With over 20 years of industry experience, Richard excels in providing real-world solutions to employers seeking results-oriented safety processes.

Richard also provides training instructor services through multiple safety organizations and learning companies. Richard specializes in helping individuals understand and prepare for the requirements for attaining certifications such as the Associate Safety Professional, Certified Safety Professional, and Safety Management Specialist certifications.

Richard graduated from Auburn University with a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Operations. He lives in Elberta, Alabama, with his wife.
